2004: United States Naval Reserve -
Master Chief Personnelman/ Command Chief. Primary
Assignment: Senior Enlisted Advisor/ Admin Chief for reserve command components,
including Naval Mobile Construction Battalion Twenty-Two, Military Sealift
Command Det Japan, Commander-In-Chief, United States Pacific Forces (Detachment
111) and Mobile Inshore Undersea Warfare Unit 113.

Licensed
for tactical security operations in Virginia/District of Columbia and
Pennsylvania. Photographer for APT Tactical Response Team responsible for photo
documentation of large-scale operation involving the protection of client’s
property and interests.
January 1977 to February 1991: United States Navy - Chief
Personnelman. Performed in supervisory capacity in all facets of
personnel administration and legal departmental functions. Collateral
assignments in combat communications and intelligence.
March 1987 to December 1987: Pinkerton Security Service;

lock-up, visitor log, client liaison, and perimeter security for three sites.
March 1980 to November 1980: Neighborhood Rangers; San
Antonio, Texas. Commissioned, uniformed security/dispatcher for security
patrol service. Conducted radio operations, client and law enforcement liaison.
March 1979 to January 1980: Blackstone Detective Agency;
Norfolk, Virginia. Private investigator with assignments ranging from
background and insurance investigations to surveillance. Clandestine operations
involving direct subject contact and client liaison.
August 1978 to March 1979: Safeguard Security; Norfolk,
Virginia: Armed, uniformed security patrol service supervisor for
exclusive Norfolk neighborhood and site security for numerous commercial clients
including N.O.A.A.. Responsible for client and law enforcement liaison.
October 1976 to January 1977: Professional Investigators and
Security Consultants; Austin, Texas. Private investigator conducting
full-field background investigations and industrial security. Assignments
involved completion of background investigations of potential employees for
commercial firms through a national network and industrial/corporate security
for client firms.
May 1975 to January 1977: Legal Investigator and Paralegal
Assistant for David Williams, Attorney-at-Law; Austin, Texas.
Responsible for skip-tracing, legal research, collections, and correspondence
for an Austin-based law firm. Personally handled accounts for client store,
recovering over 84% of previously uncollectible accounts.
