1986 to 2001:
Federal Bureau of Investigation; Oklahoma City, Oklahoma - Technical
Advisor/Technically Trained Agent (1996 - 2001):
Coordinated and conducted investigations utilizing technical equipment
(audio/video). Designed and installed technical equipment in complex
federal investigations. For federal, state and local law enforcement
agencies. Conducted site surveys for the installation of equipment, and
handled multi-million-dollar funds and technical inventory control.
Conducted international/nationwide liaison with telecommunications
companies, vendors, law enforcement personnel and security officers.
Provided and technical training utilizing global tracking, microwave and
wireless transmission, and remote cameras for SWAT teams. Invented "Snipercam"
for law enforcement SWAT teams. Provided training in use of tactical
equipment in tactical maneuvers, coordinated handling of technical
inventories, conducted/coordinated monthly seminars addressing technical
issues, equipment and needs. Provided technical assessment of threats
involving domestic terrorism, criminal matters and security precautionary
measures. Supervised technical agents and the program providing technical
support, assessment and other services for over 250 employees, and
provided training and liaison for Data Intercept for law enforcement and
Internet service providers. Developed prototypes for audio/video

and training. Coordinated and assessed security measures of new
construction. Conducted TSCM sweeps overseas for U. S. Embassies and
provided Legal Attache liaison with State Department, Department of
Defense, Central Intelligence Agency, National Security Council and
embassy personnel regarding TSCM. Held Top Secret Clearance.

investigations in federal, state and local criminal matters. Supervised
over 30 investigators and support staff. Assigned and opened
investigations, reviewed agent and staff communications, correspondence

all federal, state and local chiefs, agencies, diplomats, politicians,
civic organizations, judges and attorneys. Handled media matters.
Conducted complex investigations in bank fraud, insurance fraud,
bankruptcy fraud, wire fraud and telemarketing scams. Coordinated and
handled security details for U. S. ally organizations, White House
staffers and Congressional leaders.
Conducted and
coordinated background investigations of congressional, presidential and
judicial appointees and nominees.
1983 to 1986:
Department of Justice; Washington, D.C. - Paralegal Specialist:
Supervised paralegals.
Coordinated and scheduled discovery of evidence in U.S. vs. Shell, a case
involving the illegal dumping of contaminants causing $100 billion damage
to the aquifer (water supply) and environment. Reported findings to the
EPA, U.S. Army and the Department of Justice. Served as liaison with
various public officials regarding the status of damages.
1983: United
States Navy / Naval Supply Command; Pentagon, Virginia - Assistant to
Director of Education: Coordinated
and scheduled career boards for junior and senior Navy Officers.
Interviewed officers for detailed information to assist in the selection
process. Scheduled and coordinated placement of selectees for Naval War
College or other training institutions, and provided counseling to
officers on educational assessments.
